Our unforgettable panorama awaits you on top of the hills overlooking the Tiber valley, the Alviano Oasis and, opposite, Umbria.
We will get to know each other with a welcome coffee and then we will start walking around the company. You will see our vineyards, our olive grove and you will meet Jane, our free and happy donkey, the best ecological lawnmower.
While we tell you about our sustainability projects, we take you to visit a 2500-year-old Etruscan tomb where our classic Ancestral method sparkling wine matures. You will travel through time seeing with your own eyes the geological evidence of the eruptions of the Bolsena up to 850,000 years ago. Walking towards the cellar, among works of art, we will tell you about all our innovative projects for Carbon Neutral agriculture: from our bio-lake, to the sustainable cellar, to the techno-ecological drying cell, to the 3S Sustainable Sulphite-Free vinification. All projects born from the collaboration with the best research centers. And then finally, in the cellar, a tasting lunch awaits you with a rich menu, from aperitifs to desserts, with the pairing of our wines with our BioSustainable Delicacies.

Un’esperienza bellissima la visita a questa cantina unica con impatto ambientale zero. Federico, la nostra guida, non era soltanto super competente e preparato ma anche molto accogliente e simpatico. Ci ha fatto passare un pomeriggio splendido all’insegna dell’ottimo vino, cibo, natura e racconti. Grazie mille ancora, speriamo di poter tornare presto! Grazie!

Immerso nella natura umbra, agriturismo scavato nella roccia con vista sulla vallata . Percorso molto interessante sulle varie fasi di produzione e conservazione del vino. Staff gentilissimo e preparato . Vini di ottima qualità ! Assolutamente da assaggiare ! Accostamenti ben fatti con il cibo da accompagno . Consiglio!

Si è trattato di un'esperienza molto piacevole, degustando vini di ottima qualità, su uno scorcio panoramico da lasciare senza fiato! Interessante il giro delle vigne organizzato dal proprietario che ha illustrato i metodi di lavorazione dell'uva. Esperienza consigliata per trascorrere una bella serata!

I love biowine. One of my favorite Italian grapes is grechetto. And I tasted both really great grechetto and Sangiovese visiting Azienda Biological Trebotti. A little wonderful cantina and winery in Lazio. A really special place run with passion and commitment to both the land, people & planet. #trebotti is a rock’roll winery. Go visit, if you get the opportunity. Or grab a bottle and try their wine, if you ever come across one. I especially recommend their 3S - no sulfite series. And of cause the first hand introduction to the holistic and circular approach to wine production you get on location. Visiting the winery @trebotti_vini_bio is incredibly inspiring. The production works dedicated with biodiversity and deliver a serious effort towards sustainability, net-zero wines and love & care for the planet. Nice people, great commitment and amazing wine.

This is a rock’n’roll vineyard. And it is green and very friendly to the environment and to you. It is based inside a rock as a secret steampunk medieval gem. The wines are some of the very best I ever have tasted
